Our client, a leading insurance company, is hiring a Sr. Industry Operations Analyst on a full-time basis.

Work Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ - hybrid

The Sr. Industry Operations Analyst will support the Business Development and Industry Relations Groups operationally. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement consistent internal processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency across multiple global offices.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and centralize best practices within the Business Development Department globally.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on projects related to Strategy and Communications.
• Assist in managing the development and launch of new products.
• Oversee the centralization of global rating service agreement administration.
• Facilitate portal enhancements for new projects and upgrades.
• Coordinate with corporate IT on internal projects.
• Maintain and update global SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; an advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience, preferably in financial services.

Skills

• Highly organized, positive self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting tactfully with all management levels and departments.
• Proven expertise in redesigning and implementing operational processes.
• Strong skills in Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable researching across various platforms.
