Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Water Engineer to design and manage industrial water and wastewater treatment projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, interface with specialized clients, and drive growth in our industrial water practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of industrial water/wastewater projects
• Prepare plans, specifications, engineering documents
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results
• Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in industrial water/wastewater engineering and project management
• Deep expertise in design processes (membrane separation, anaerobic digestion, nutrient recovery, media filtration, activated carbon, coagulation/flocculation, ion exchange)
• Experience with industrial stormwater systems, data-center wastewater treatment, wastewater recycling, and mining wastewater
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software
• Proven track record in business development and practice expansion
