Job summary

Leidos Inc. in Alexandria, VA seeks a Senior Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/CPSO to safeguard classified information, manage OSS/SCIFs, and oversee personnel security actions.

The role interfaces with DoD officials and internal security teams to ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD705, and security policies. The candidate will manage clearance processing, continuous vetting, and access control, while coordinating with government customers and program managers to maintain strong asset

Qualifications

• BA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years (per description).
• Experience as Facility Security Officer and CPSO; knowledge of DoD security guidance and ICDs.
• Ability to work independently or in teams with minimal direction and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSS/SCIF accreditation and maintenance; process DD254s and visit requests.
• Handle Personnel Security actions up to SCI nomination packages per requirements.
• Maintain security databases and track clearance actions and training status.
• Conduct self-inspections, apply risk mitigation, support assessments, implement measures.
• Coordinate with Leidos security, program managers, and external stakeholders.
