The role focuses on optimization, automation, labor management, and continuous process enhancements, onsite in Dekalb, IL (or Maplewood, MN) with up to 25% travel.

You will lead network modeling and cost-focused redesigns, collaborate across logistics, IT, and operations, and manage project finances to ensure budgets are met.

Qualifications

• BS in industrial or manufacturing engineering or a related field, or 10+ years of logistics experience.
• 5+ years of network optimization experience in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with optimization tools (Llamasoft, Gurobi) and SQL; strong analytics platform experience.
• Experience with automation technologies and lean methodologies is preferred.
