Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking Sr. Industrial Engineers to lead continuous improvement initiatives across customer networks. You will mentor engineers, implement analytics with data teams, and drive value through lean practices and WCS/WMS integrations.

You will collaborate across Data Science, IT, and Operations to develop actionable reports and training, ensuring the Kenco Operating System delivers measurable results and cost reductions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial or Logistics Engineering.
  • 5-7 years in distribution or 3PL, or a Master’s with 3-5 years.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications preferred.
  • Experience with WCS and automation solutions.
  • Programming knowledge in Python, R, or C++.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and train junior Industrial Engineers.
  • Lead LMS integration with WCS and WMS.
  • Develop best practices and cost-reduction activities.
  • Track value created from projects (VCI).
  • Lead analytics applications adoption with Data Science and BI teams.
