Global Engineering Services (GES) NA Ops Engineering is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented engineering project leader to lead initiatives in developing and delivering next-generation, world-class sortation and transportation systems. This position will impact Concept Design and Firm Engineering processes through work in the Technical Vendor Management (TVM) pillar.

We’re looking to add a few high-impact engineers to our team. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for sortation and distribution systems, including greenfield projects, brownfield upgrades, and retrofits, such as automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers.
You will work with highly skilled engineers in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, managing hundreds of projects annually. You will be challenged, learn, grow, and work on high-impact, high-visibility projects.
This role requires up to 25% travel and the ability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable distance to the office, with relocation assistance potentially available.
