Senior Superintendent - Construction Operations Leader

Lead our field operations as a Senior Superintendent and make your mark on significant construction projects. We're seeking an experienced construction professional who combines strong technical expertise with outstanding leadership abilities to drive project success from groundbreaking to completion.

Your Impact

  • Lead all field operations for major construction projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Drive preconstruction planning and project execution strategies
  • Mentor and develop field personnel, including superintendents and assistant superintendents
  • Partner with project managers to optimize project delivery and financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Champion our safety-first culture while maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Spearhead project planning, including site logistics, construction sequencing, and scheduling
  • Lead subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
  • Manage quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Participate in project financial planning and budget management
  • Drive successful project closeout and client transition
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate as-built documentation and project records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with 12+ years of construction field experience
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Blood Borne Pathogens certifications
  • Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level 1A Certification
  • Valid driver's license with clean three-year driving record
  • Proficiency with construction technology including Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
