The Law Office of Abhisha Parikh in Edison, NJ seeks an Immigration Attorney to join a flexible, autonomous team with strong leadership support.

You’ll manage immigration matters from intake to resolution, handle family- and employment-based petitions, and appear in court and before USCIS/EOIR.

• Develop legal strategy and counsel clients.
• Conduct prospective client consultations as needed.
• Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff.
