Team structure:

The development team is located in France and Poland. The project is stable, has well-defined

processes and challenging tasks. Continuous improvements and innovations are always welcome.

The team consists of 200+ motivated, dynamic and highly talented engineers, testers and managers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • IAM Transformation for Microservices: Lead the reengineering of IAM practices to support microservices and REST APIs, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable access control across our distributed platform.

  • Platform Integration: Build on existing IAM features (SAML, 2FA) to support existing systems, microservices and API-based interactions, aligning them with evolving standards.

  • API and Services Security: Implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and other API security protocols to protect communication across services.

  • SaaS Multi-Tenant Access Management: Develop IAM solutions suited for a multi-tenant SaaS environment, ensuring secure and seamless access for different tenant users.

  • Collaboration with ecosystem: Work closely with engineering, product and security teams, providing IAM expertise in Java and Python to embed secure identity management into micro-services and existing custom application workflows.

Experience :

  • 8+ years of experience

  • 5+ years in IAM engineering, with experience in Java and Python.

  • Proven track record with identity providers and IAM solutions in cloud-native, distributed environments and J2EE applications

Skills :

  • Proficient in Java for IAM-related development and automation.

  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • Expertise in API and microservices security, API gateway management, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC in distributed systems.
