• Location: Rochester, NY (Remote - US-based only)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior IBM i Systems Analyst to support the ERP Infor LX (ERPLX) system. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing IBM i (AS/400) infrastructure supporting GxP-compliant manufacturing operations. Requires strong technical expertise, Infor LX knowledge, and experience in regulated environments (SOX, FDA).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support, enhance, and validate the Infor LX ERP system on the IBM i (Power Systems) platform.
2. Ensure compliance with GxP and SOX regulations through system validation.
3. Maintain IBM i technologies and third-party tools (e.g., SEE/Change, Robot Suite, MIMIX, Access Client Solutions).
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
5. Design, configure, and deploy IBM i applications for performance and security.
6. Provide support, resolve tickets, and document changes per validation procedures.
7. Support disaster recovery, firmware updates, system tuning, and security policies.
8. Collaborate with vendors for application support and configuration.
9. Communicate with stakeholders in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
10. Experience: 10+ years in IBM i (AS/400, iSeries), IBM Power Systems, IBM i OS, system administration.
11. Proven experience with Infor LX (ERPLX) in manufacturing/supply chain.
12. Skills in IBM i Security, Journaling, Performance Tuning, PTF/Firmware Management, MIMIX, CL, RPGLE, SQL, DB2 for i, Rational Developer for i, Access Client Solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• WebSphere Application Server familiarity.
• Experience with Infor LX Webtop and System i Workspace.
• Exposure to life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Proactive, self-starter, team player.
