What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is essential; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Bring at least 5-7 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing), with a strong background in employee relations and collective bargaining, preferably in a union environment.
  • Strategic Vision: With your extensive management experience, lead with foresight and innovative problem-solving.
