An established industry player is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to influence business strategy and enhance organizational performance. This role involves building trusted relationships with leadership, advising on talent strategies, and supporting transformational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR experience, including a strong background in project management and strategic influence. Partners with business/functional leaders at mid to senior levels to influence the design and execution of business strategy by providing consultative support and leadership. Translates business plans into talent and organizational strategies, focusing on building organizational capability and performance. Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Center to ensure optimal HR services. This role supports a Commercial Sales client group across 26 states in the Midwest and Southwest US, with hub locations in Dallas, Wood Dale (IL), and Lenexa (KS).
