Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to partner with field leadership and support HR programs across stores, distribution centers and headquarters.

You will coordinate HR functions, manage calendar planning, reporting metrics, and assist in training and leadership development projects while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership.
• Report directly to the Human Resources Director and closely support field leaders.
• Track reports and metrics including diversity, turnover, performance and headcount.
• Assist in calendar management, travel planning and expense support.
• Coordinate training, interview and leadership development events.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
