Target is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Florence, KY, operating in a hybrid capacity with Central Ohio leadership oversight. The role focuses on coordinating HR functions, supporting HR Directors, and delivering data-driven insights to drive organizational goals.

You will manage calendars, coordinate training and development activities, and assist with interviews and special projects while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong verbal and written communication with discretion.
