Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management/Engineering.
• 6–8 years experience in heavy industrial or high‑hazard manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance strategy.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in HOP, system safety, and risk‑based decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Managers to provide expert guidance and technical direction to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Promote a positive safety culture through effective communication, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on advancing HSE systems, reducing risk, and improving operational performance through the application of HOP principles.This position partners closely with plant and operational leadership to translate regulatory requirements, human factors, and day-to-day risks into practical, actionable solutions.
