Job summary

The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) seeks a Sr HRIS Analyst to guide HRIS strategy, design, and execution. You will support user functionality, access, and security across primary HR systems and applications.

You will help maintain HRIS best practices, document processes, and translate user needs into system configurations, working to ensure compliant data governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
  • United States Citizenship
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR.
  • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems. Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions that replace manual processes.
  • Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters. Act as the administrator for designated HR systems, and defines and manage security for users and user roles.
  • Develop guidance and resources for users; demonstrate functionality and user interfaces.

Summary

The Sr Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst provides guidance and support to the HR division, supporting HRIS strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution. Defines process and adherence standards and performs a variety of administrator responsibilities to support user functionality and access for primary and integrated HR business systems and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

You Must Have

We Value
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics)
  • Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems)
  • Experience with Learning Management System
  • Experience writing SQL scripts and analyzing results
  • Experience with reporting systems
