Bloomberg Industry Group seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals and drive performance across client teams. You will deliver workforce planning, employee and labor relations, compensation and performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
You will collaborate with HR colleagues on talent development, succession planning, and change initiatives while leading key projects.
The Sr. HR Business Partner proactively interacts with designated leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals that enhance organizational performance and drive business results. The HRBP delivers integrated talent management solutions including workforce planning, employee and labor relations, compensation and performance management, organization effectiveness, succession planning and talent development. The HRBP engages the human resources team to provide specialized expertise in support of business leaders and employees in the unit. The incumbent will also lead and participate in special projects as assigned.
$125,000.00-$150,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
