Understand client requirements in proper manner.
Scouring candidates from job portals.
Conducting first round of interviews with candidates and fixing up their interviews with the client.
Follow-ups with the client and candidates until joining.
Required Candidate Profile:
Looking for female candidates.
3–8 years of experience with mid to senior level hiring for non-IT industry.
Understanding of full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
