Job Opening: Senior HR Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite)

This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, leading the HR function including strategic initiatives around organizational and training development, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, change management, policies and procedures, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all HR policies, programs, and organizational development functions, including daily site operations.
  2. Implement and oversee HR programs and initiatives such as recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, performance management, and talent management.
  3. Design and enforce HR best practices; support business objectives through strategic resource utilization.
  4. Provide guidance on policy interpretation and employee relations; lead investigations and resolve issues.
  5. Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  6. Assist in training, development, and succession planning; lead a team of HR professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in managerial roles.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:

Experience as the sole HR representative in an organization is a plus. PHR/SPHR certification is advantageous.
