The Senior HR Generalist serves as a key onsite human resources partner supporting a workforce of approximately 120–130 employees. This hands‑on, tactical role is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day HR support across employee relations, payroll coordination, recruiting support, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a complex and fast‑paced employee population.
The pay range for this role is $80,000 – $95,000. The pay range considers a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, and geographic location.
