About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting multiple PXT organizations. This role partners with senior executive leaders across Senior Talent and Transformation (STT) — including Executive Compensation, Executive Talent Management, Recruiting, Product, Engineering, Science, and more.

This HR Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, influencing and collaborating with HR professionals at all levels. The role requires a seasoned HRBP who can work independently, establish and execute long- and short-term human capital strategies, make tradeoffs where necessary, and take a hands‑on approach while interfacing effectively with professionals at all levels.

Why This Role

If you thrive in a challenging, evolving, and fast-paced environment — this role is for you. You'll need excellent written communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. Strong analytic skills and the ability to translate business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed for the future workforce are essential. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience.

This role is accountable for driving global initiatives and projects including workforce planning, organizational design, location strategy, long-range operating plans, employee relations, and fostering an AI-enabled culture. This is a great opportunity to be a true owner in one of the most important areas of tech today.

The role demands someone equally comfortable analyzing workforce metrics as they are ideating how AI adoption can drive the business forward or advising senior leaders on sensitive topics. You'll act as strategist, coach, and innovation partner — all in service of building the teams that will define the future of entertainment. If you're energized by the prospect of building high-performing teams in a dynamic, global environment, and can commit to occasional travel (10–15%), we want to hear your story.

  • Lead or contribute to cross-team and cross-organizational HR projects
