Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Health Information Specialist to merge duplicate records, review patient and guarantor data, and update demographics across systems. • Analyzes and reports suspicious findings in assigned WQs.

Experience - 3+ years Health information required.

Education - HS Diploma or GED (required) - 2 year/ associate degree (Preferred) - In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

License and certification requirements - Preferred Certifications and Licensures:(Registered Health Information Technician, Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)).
