  • Read and interpret controlled documentation, and processes such as layouts, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, and master parts lists
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to identify and resolve non-conformances related to wire harness assemblies
  • Improve our manufacturing capabilities by upgrading equipment, validating new test setups, and converting those processes into clear documentation and training
Basic Success Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering
  • 7+ years of professional experience fabricating wire harnesses
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience reviewing technical designs and working from drawings, schematics, layouts, assembly/procedures, master parts lists, and other controlled documentation
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and harness drawings
  • Experience in building complex and highly reliable wire harness assemblies with a strong background in IPC-A‑620, NASA‑STD‑8739.4, or other wire harness quality standards
  • Experience working in high‑reliability manufacturing environments (aerospace, aviation, defense, medical)
