BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BSEE with 10+ years experience in hardware board and systems development, with product lifecycle from concept to mass production
• 5+ years experience with Ethernet switching fabrics, PHY and SerDes interfaces, embedded CPU subsystems, DDR2/DDR3/DDR4 memory design, network processors, I2C, USB
• Experience with high-speed PCB design and AC/DC power integrity
• 5+ years in CPLD/FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog
• Experience troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and specialized test equipment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills, organized
• Experience as a project and technical lead, program management skills
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including mechanical, hardware, SI, diagnostic, and manufacturing engineers
• Experience working with vendors and international manufacturing partners
