Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
  • Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, identifying opportunities to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Translate growth opportunities into clear product strategies and prioritized initiatives that can be executed across teams.
Experimentation & Analytics
  • Lead a continuous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Define, track, and optimize key growth and business metrics, using data to understand funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to develop hypotheses, inform decisions, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance.
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers, helping strengthen strategic thinking, product execution, experimentation, and data fluency.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to align product and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned around clear goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
A Successful Candidate Will:
  • Manage Complexity by gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources, identifying root causes, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Communicate Effectively by clearly communicating ideas, decisions, and priorities to a variety of audiences and adapting their approach to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
  • Think Strategically by anticipating future opportunities, connecting market and customer insights to business goals, and translating them into thoughtful product strategies.
  • Collaborate by building strong relationships across teams, navigating competing priorities, and working toward shared objectives.
  • Drive Results by taking ownership, following through on commitments, and consistently delivering meaningful outcomes even when faced with ambiguity or challenging circumstances.
Required Technical Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management roles with significant experience driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-led environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
  • Experience building products in CRM, financial technology, or other complex B2B SaaS categories.
