General Motors seeks a seasoned Senior Supply Chain leader to drive end‑to‑end execution from suppliers to manufacturing sites. You will lead a high‑performing team, stabilize operations, and modernize processes with data, automation, and digital tools while coordinating with plants, logistics partners, and finance.
The role emphasizes change management, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering improvements in material availability, inventory health, and on‑time delivery.
Lead operational supply chain execution from supplier to manufacturing site while building the next‑generation capabilities required for a more resilient, data‑driven, and agile supply chain. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow, vehicle and service parts availability, and disciplined response to daily disruptions—while simultaneously elevating team capability through innovation, digital adoption, and continuous upskilling.
You will manage and develop a high‑performing team responsible for translating demand into executable supply plans, stabilizing operations, and modernizing supply chain execution across suppliers, plants, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. There will be strong emphasis on Change Management, transforming supply planning to synchronize planning systems where suppliers align demand, production and capacity.
