Job summary

The Loan Store, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced mortgage underwriter (2-5 years) to aggressively manage a loan pipeline and underwrite Conventional and Government loans, ensuring quality and compliance with TLS guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Conventional and Government loans
• Proactively manage a pipeline of loans with a sense of ownership, including daily condition reviews
• Review all mortgage related documentation for accuracy and completeness and meet TLS guidelines
• Review to ensure investor requirements are met
• Request missing documentation necessary to complete the underwriting decision prescriptively and concisely
• Accurately perform compliance reviews and escalations as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service through friendly, professional and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
• Maintain excellent credit quality and daily production standards
