Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) engineer to drive content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices for large-scale enterprise applications.

The role leads AEM SaaS administration, defines content models and taxonomy, collaborates with UX, Product, Marketing and Engineering to deliver scalable, accessible designs, and ensures governance, security, and platform stability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
• Lead AEM SaaS administration activities, including user access, permissions, environments, workflows, and basic configuration
• Define and govern content models, templates, components, and taxonomy aligned with business and UX needs
• Drive content design standards, reusability, and scalability across multiple digital channels
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and accessibility standards
• Support content authors and business users with AEM authoring guidance and best practices
• Provide oversight on AEM integrations, release readiness, and platform stability
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement 6+

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing complex| large-scale enterprise applications.

Experience in capacity planning| continuous performance improvements| and proactive issue identification.

Extensive technology and business experience in architecture design| deployment| systems life cycle management| and infrastructure planning. Ability to balance multiple| often conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions in high-pressure environments. Solid foundation in software design| data structures| and algorithms| with strong analytical and debugging skills.
