Job summary

Supportworks is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a mission-driven team in the United States. The role offers remote, hybrid, or on-site work, with a one-time $10,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for candidates willing to move.

You’ll serve as the technical lead for project analysis, solving complex problems, and designing tailored solutions with customers. Expect some travel across the U.S. and Canada to trade shows and client sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Geotechnical or Civil preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential construction codes.
• Extensive knowledge of soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and residential/commercial construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex subject matter to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborative mindset with strong project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.

• Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent Supportworks products and engineering methodologies.
