Job Description

The Senior Functional Consultant (FC) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by helping clients maximize their investment in NetSuite products. This involves identifying opportunities and driving closure on NetSuite and related solution work packets. The Senior FC collaborates with team members to find innovative ways to leverage NetSuite that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Building Resilient Solutions: Hands-on remediation of identified customer NetSuite enhancements, including application configuration, scripting, and integrations.
• Renewals: Ensure customer renewal at the end of the contract by demonstrating value and partnering with sales.
• Compliance: Follow subscription service methodologies and company standards.
• Promotes: Work with sales to promote license and service expansions and identify new project opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.

Essential Skills, Education, and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry practices, consulting, or technical roles.

Critical skills include:

• Experience with NetSuite (5+ years) and customer-facing functional consulting (5+ years).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus.
• Vertical domain expertise in software and services is a plus.
• This is a remote position, open to candidates in the US or India.
• If in India, must be available to work CST US hours (6:30 pm - 3:30 am).
