• 6+ years of experience in functional consulting or system implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience in project management or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into system functionalities.

Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for business processes and system functionality.

Work with technical teams to design and deliver solutions.

Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or training sessions.

Provide oversight on testing, user adoption, and change management.

Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or relevant domain.

6+ years of experience in functional consulting or system implementation.

Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or domain expertise.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in project management or Agile methodologies is a plus.
