Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer (Starlink)
At SpaceX, we leverage our experience in building rockets and spacecraft to deploy Starlink, the world's most advanced broadband internet system. Starlink is the largest satellite constellation, providing fast, reliable internet to over 5 million users worldwide. We design, build, test, and operate all parts of the system, including satellites, consumer receivers, and the software that integrates everything. We are seeking top-tier engineers to help maximize Starlink's global impact.
The UXSW team at SpaceX manages the digital experience for Starlink customers, building mobile and web interfaces for setup, outage monitoring, service management, and support. We also develop tools for support staff and an AI-powered chatbot to resolve customer issues proactively. Our engineers are directly responsible for delivering the best internet experience from space.
Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000/year, determined by experience and skills. Benefits include stock options, bonuses, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), paid leave, and more. Shuttles available from Seattle to Redmond.
