Job summary

Consulting Solutions in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a senior software engineer with 10+ years in Node.js and 5+ years in React.js. The role requires AWS cloud experience (Lambdas, S3, SQS, SNS, Kafka, Step Functions) and strong PostgreSQL design skills.

Job Description:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Good programmer - able to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code, follow popular paradigms, good practices, and local guidelines.
• Experience in Cloud (preferably AWS - Lambdas, S3, SQS, SNS, Kafka, Step Functions).
• Unit testing using Jest, react-testing-library
• Experience building highly scalable Rest APIs hosted on could environment
• Strong experience designing databases in PostgreSQL
• Product-oriented - able to take a deep dive into the business domain, and partner with product experts to suggest improvements, and pragmatic solutions,
• Experience in working in a product-oriented agile organization
• Need some flexibility to work with a global team across time-zones
• Problem-solving skills, proactivity and being a team player
• Willingness to learn, develop, & innovate
