Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack web app development with Ruby on Rails.

• Ability to write technical design and build documentation for infrastructure.
• Experience delivering secure web applications following coding standards.

• Develop code that complies with design specifications, meets security and Ruby on Rails best practices and support requirements.
• Build high-quality features across the entire tech stack.
• Implement robust, secure and scalable software.
• Use a variety of tools to perform unit testing, regression testing, automated builds, and source control.
• Develop close working relationships with members of teams within the organization.
• Design and develop new systems as well as enhancements and fixing defects to existing software.
• Interface with other groups to develop and implement solutions.
• Support and maintain web-based applications critical to the day-to-day functions of business units.

• Review implementation plans and participate and even be able to manage product installations.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technology field
• 5+ years of Full Stack experience developing Internet web applications with Ruby and Rails
• Excellent process orientation and exhibited planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development / design issues using clean, coherent code following established coding guidelines
• Ability to write technical design and build documentations for all aspects of a technical infrastructure
• Exposure to and familiarity with creating software applications delivery through the web
• Experience with architecting and developing solutions to high security infrastructure coding standard
