Clarvos is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive technical excellence across our engineering stack.

In this role, you will architect and develop scalable web applications using modern web frameworks ensuring code quality and best practices across frontend and backend systems. Lead development teams through complex technical challenges, providing mentorship and guidance while maintaining high standards of engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Proven track record leading complex full-stack initiatives.
• Experience with Java/Spring backend and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (preferred).

Responsibilities

We're seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive technical excellence across our engineering stack. In this role, you will:

• Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern web frameworks ensuring code quality and best practices across frontend and backend systems.
• Implementing responsive UI components, state management solutions, and modern web technologies to create exceptional user experiences.
• Lead development teams through complex technical challenges, providing mentorship and guidance while maintaining high standards of engineering excellence.
• Design database schema and APIs to support business requirements and system scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, data engineering, data science and MLOps teams to deliver innovative solutions while making key technical decisions that shape our platform's future.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design/implement scalable full-stack applications using Java/Spring backends and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect and optimize APIs (such as RESTful, GRPC, GraphQL) and database schemas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES. AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proven track record leading complex full stack initiatives including modern frontend web frameworks selection and implementation.
• Full-stack development experience with proficiency in Java and Spring for backend development.
• Frontend development expertise with modern web frameworks and libraries, including Next.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies
• Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design, caching strategies and API optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (preferred).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deploying services to Kubernetes (preferred).
