Job summary

• Experience running Agile sprints with Scrum or similar.
• Experience writing release communications for business audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Choice: Hybrid remote living in or near San Leandro, CA (near Oakland), 3 days per week onsite in San Leandro office

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years leading a development team as a technical lead, team lead, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Production experience building and hosting applications on Azure.
• Proven experience building and running CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and able to set team standards for review
• and testing of AI-generated code.
• Experience running Agile sprints, with a working command of Scrum or a similar methodology.
• Experience writing release communications for business audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with React.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce integrations.
• Agile certification or experience training teams on Agile practices (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with modern CI/CD and work tracking tools, such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and systems integration across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, or similar
