Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands–on Senior FullStack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern front–end and back–end technologies, cloud-native architecture, API development, database management, and enterprise systems integration. The candidate must also demonstrate practical experience leveraging AI–powered development tools, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve software engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and application capabilities.

This is a 100% onsite position, requiring close collaboration with enterprise application teams, business stakeholders, architects, and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise–grade web applications.
• Develop robust back–end services using technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event–driven integrations.
• Apply object–oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Modernize legacy applications and integrate them with cloud–based platforms.
• Participate in architectural reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.

2. AI–Powered Software Engineering

• Actively utilize AI–assisted development tools to accelerate application development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing.
• Demonstrate hands–on experience with tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot – AI–assisted coding, code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation.
• ChatGPT / OpenAI – Technical problem–solving, code optimization, API integration, and development productivity.
• Claude – Code analysis, technical documentation, and development assistance.
• Cursor / Windsurf – AI–native development environments and agent–assisted coding.
• Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI – Enterprise AI application development and integration.
• Evaluate and implement AI–based development workflows to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
• Develop AI–enabled application features using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, Retrieval–Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Understand AI agent frameworks, function calling, vector databases, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Ensure AI–generated code meets organizational security, compliance, performance, and quality standards.
• Promote responsible AI usage, including protection of confidential information, human review of AI–generated outputs, and secure handling of enterprise data.
• Design and develop integrations across enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.
• Build secure APIs and integration services using REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

5. Database and Data Engineering
