VueToronto in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS. The role focuses on creating scalable frontends with Vue.js while contributing to full-stack efforts as needed.

The ideal candidate will lead frontend architecture, mentor developers, and drive modern reactive patterns. Strong JS/TS knowledge and AWS experience are required; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Significant recent, hands-on Vue.js development experience in a senior-level role.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of complex frontend applications—not simply maintaining or fixing existing code.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and reactive programming concepts.
• Experience making architectural and technical decisions for frontend applications. Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
• Experience working with AWS-hosted applications.
