Your Opportunity

We’re hiring a senior front-end developer to help shape and scale our UI architecture using modern JavaScript tools. You’ll build fast, accessible, and maintainable applications using Next.js, lead improvements to our design system, and drive front-end performance.

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

What You\'ll Do
  • Build complex, reusable interfaces using React and Next.js

  • Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, including auth flows and edge case handling

  • Audit and improve accessibility using tools like axe-core and keyboard testing

  • Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading and Lighthouse auditing

  • Maintain and expand test coverage using Playwright or an alternative

  • Contribute to shared design systems and token-based styling

  • Collaborate with design and product to implement user-focused features

  • Mentor developers and guide architectural decisions

Your Team

You will be welcomed as a member of the Front-End Engineering team, part of the broader Product & Technology organization. Our team operates fully remote with strong support systems in place, such as mentorship, documentation, and async collaboration. You’ll have the autonomy to lead and the resources to deliver meaningful work.

About You
  • 7+ years of front-end development experience, including React and Next.js

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript in production environments

  • Experience delivering performant, accessible applications at scale

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and frontend test automation

What sets you apart
  • Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, Lighthouse, and dev tools for a11y audits

  • Experience leading or contributing to component libraries and design systems

  • Strong debugging and performance profiling skills

  • Ability to lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers

  • Familiar with layout patterns, caching strategies, and SSR/ISR tradeoffs

  • Insight into UX design and usability testing workflows

Pay Range

USD $110,385.00 - USD $157,695.00 /Yr.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
