Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor in Racine, WI to lead daily warehouse activities, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in every task within a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will train and coach teammates, monitor productivity and quality metrics, address questions and performance concerns in real time, and partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes and drive reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
• 0–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse or inventory systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
