Sr. FinOps Analyst - Payroll Collections, Global Employee Receivables Management

Our multicultural Global Employee Receivables Management team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join Amazon's dynamic Payroll organization. With a customer-obsessed mindset at our core, we are searching for an exceptional candidate with great communication and problem-solving skills combined with payroll process knowledge, and customer service passion.

Please take note that this role is required to report onsite 5x a week in our office at Pasay City, and the shift follows a night shift schedule.

Key job responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, both Inbound and Outbound
- Investigate, respond, and resolve employee receivables-related inquiries from all applicable platforms, including escalation or dispute handling
- Analyze overpayments, compute recovery amounts, record and collect open employee receivables
- Collaborate with different business units to identify gaps and optimize processes to improve employee experience and overall collection effectiveness

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- At least a high school graduate with at least 3 years of relevant customer service support/collections handling/payroll/finance experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including any potential changes to priorities and situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Have strong knowledge of US Payroll operations and relevant practices, including basic knowledge of tax regulations
- Solid problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
