Sr. Financial Consultant (TS/SCI w/Poly) (Transportation)

Toptimum is seeking a Sr. Financial Consultant to provide expert financial guidance to our customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise on all aspects of financial performance, maximize mission value, mitigate financial risks, and ensure financial commitments are met.
2. Design processes and procedures to support financial reporting, including SPED plans, budgeting, and planning.
3. Implement processes supporting Service Level Agreements and provide guidance on contractual requirements.
4. Monitor and analyze spending trends, execution rates, and budget plans, providing reports to the customer.
5. Process budgetary requirements and generate financial reports.
6. Guide the customer workforce on financial processing and policies.
7. Assist in developing and drafting contributions to the congressional budget justification.
8. Provide supporting documentation for monthly invoices and contract status reports.
9. Prepare financial summaries for task orders across multiple projects.
10. Participate in monthly program management reviews and prepare financial performance reports of task orders.
