Job Description:.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team at the Home Office. In this role, you will contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting, assist with budgeting and planning, support ad hoc projects, and provide valuable business insights to drive decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Create and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual budget.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support key business initiatives and decision-making.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of Power BI experience - Will help build out Power BI and be the bridge between Finance & IT.
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills (e.g., using formulas and basic modeling) are a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reporting.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, embracing innovative solutions, and an open willingness to adopt AI-driven tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making.
• Adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
