Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented finance analytics professional to support financial performance analytics, reporting, and budgeting. You will collaborate across finance and operations, deliver actionable insights, and help drive safe patient care through sound financial decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel and SQL skills, 2–4 years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. On-site at the Brookhaven, GA location with day shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup.
  • Advanced SQL skills required in some cases.

Shift end time: 5:00 PM

Job Description

Uses organizational defined solutions and strategies to support the delivery of financial performance analytics, financial reporting, payor contracting, cost accounting, and budgeting in support of strategy, business planning, operational performance, and other decision-making opportunities using organizational defined business intelligence solutions and strategies. Participates in the development of metrics and systems of measurement in quality and outcomes. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance or related fields
