Bose Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain to join the FP&A organization. You will translate complex data into clear insights, partner with Supply Chain leaders, and influence planning and performance decisions.

The role supports global Supply Chain activities and reports to the Senior Financial Advisor for Supply Chain. It is offered in a hybrid capacity, with offices in Atlanta, GA; Troy, MI; or Framingham, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• 4+ years in a financial or analytical supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to develop Supply Chain financial reporting and analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor forecasts for key Supply Chain drivers, including COGS, PPV, and tooling; analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Serve as trusted FP&A partner to Supply Chain leadership, challenging assumptions and informing decisions.
• Own and integrate Supply Chain G&A expense forecasts into quarterly and annual FP&A planning cycles.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions and risks; lead process improvements and scalable reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews to align plans with strategies and priorities.

Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain

As part of Bose's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, you will play a central role in helping leaders make sound, data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth and business performance. This role combines financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnership to translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and recommendations.

The Supply Chain FP&A team provides analytical and financial partnership to the global Supply Chain organization. The team supports planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-making across procurement, logistics, service, quality, and other supply chain activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and experiences at the lowest total cost.

As a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain, you will report to the Senior Financial Advisor for Supply Chain and serve as a trusted FP&A partner to Supply Chain leaders. You will manage multiple priorities, analyze key business and operational drivers, constructively challenge assumptions, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple systems and sources to develop Supply Chain financial reporting and analysis that provides visibility into spend, performance trends, risks, opportunities, and savings. Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, connecting Supply Chain drivers to financial outcomes and identifying trends requiring leadership attention.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for key Supply Chain business drivers, including product and material costs, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and program tooling. Analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior periods; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities; and communicate recommended actions to Finance and Supply Chain leadership.
• Serve as a trusted FP&A partner to Supply Chain leadership across procurement, logistics, service, and quality, providing financial insights, constructively challenging assumptions, and supporting data-driven operational and strategic decisions.
• Own and integrate Supply Chain G&A expense forecasts into quarterly and annual FP&A planning cycles, including preparation and loading of planning data into applicable financial systems. Support forecast accuracy through disciplined review of assumptions, actual performance, and business drivers.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions, cost drivers, operational changes, and potential risks and opportunities. Lead projects that improve FP&A processes, strengthen financial visibility, and scale or automate recurring reporting and analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional business reviews to help ensure financial plans, forecasts, and budgets align with business strategies and operating priorities.
• Support month-end close and performance reporting by reviewing P&L results, investigating variances, preparing accruals as appropriate, and developing clear management reporting and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in a financial or highly analytical Supply Chain role, such as Supply Chain FP&A, Operations Finance, cost analysis, or a related function, with demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, performance analysis, or financial decision support
• Strong analytical curiosity and a demonstrated willingness to learn and understand the operational and financial drivers of the supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with product or material costing, COGS analysis, PPV, and/or other Supply Chain cost drivers preferred

Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills, with the ability to translate operational assumptions into financial impacts and recommendations

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience developing financial dashboards and management reporting using data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, with an interest in leveraging technology, automation, and scalable analytical solutions to improve reporting efficiency and decision support
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise financial systems
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate financial insights clearly, and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $101,000-$138,800. The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
