Job summary

Bose Professional in Hopkinton, MA is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead our corporate FP&A function. You will drive monthly and quarterly reporting, partner with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO, and deliver insights to the executive team to support growth.

The role oversees a 3-statement model, budgeting, KPI dashboards, and liquidity reporting, influencing budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements while collaborating across finance and operations in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting is preferred but not required.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and a drive to improve processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reporting and quarterly reporting to leadership and Board of Directors.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling.
• Manage 3-statement financial model, 13-week cash flow forecast, and liquidity and covenant reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee the annual budget process with department heads and identify opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Improve financial planning processes, tools, reporting methodologies and analysis techniques.
• Partner with Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to build and enhance core FP&A infrastructure.

Position Overview:

Bose Professional is looking for an FP&A Manager to joinour growing team. The FP&A Manager will help tosupportour corporateFP&Afunction. This includesdriving ourreporting,partnering with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to build enhanced FP&A infrastructure,providing valuable insights tothe CFO and the rest ofour Executive team to reach our financial goals,and actingas a key liaison between Bose Professional and our private equityinvestor. The FP&A Managerwill play an importantrole in empowering us to achieve our ambitious growth objectivesthrough enhanced financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providemonthly reporting and quarterly reporting to ourleadership team andBoard of Directors.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage 3-statement financial model,13-week cash flow forecast, and liquidity andcovenant reporting.
• Develop and maintain executiveand otherKPI dashboards.
• Oversee theannual budgetprocess, working closely with department heads to establish budget targets, review submissions,andrecommendopportunities to drive profitable growth
• Drive improvement inthefinancial planning processes and tools, reporting methodologies, and analysis techniques.
• Partner with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to build, and enhance, core FP&A infrastructure
• Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+yearsofFP&A, investment banking, or private equity experiencewith increasing levels of responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide insights to support business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding financial modeling, forecasting,andbudgetingpreferred, but not required. Ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Results-oriented withattention to detail. Resourceful and has a thirst for improving processes and tools.
• Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools and systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $140,000 -$165,000. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of the base compensation for the role at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location, and the range may be updated in the future.

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus or other variable incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 401k benefits to name a few.
