Textron Systems is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in the Pricing & Estimating team to develop compliant cost proposals and pricing analyses in line with customer requests and FAR/DFARs. You will collaborate with proposal managers, procurement, and contracts to ensure accurate, fully-supported submissions.

The role emphasizes strong MS Office and ProPricer proficiency, plus advanced Excel skills and cross-functional communication. U.S. export compliance applies. On-site in Hunt Valley, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 5 years experience
• PC proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Working knowledge of ProPricer is a highly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
• Ability to work well with others across multiple disciplines
• Understands the application of FAR & DFARs principles
• Basic knowledge of General Accounting processes, procedures, and rules
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a United States citizen, a legal Permanent Resident (i.e. Naturalized Citizen), have been granted Political Asylee or granted Refugee status by the United States government

About This Role

The Senior Pricing Analyst is a vital member of the Pricing & Estimating (P&E) team, reporting to the Director of P&E. This Sr Analyst will perform as an integral proposal team member to assist the Proposal Manager and team in the development of cost proposals and various pricing exercises. This includes developing fully-supported, compliant proposals that are current, accurate, and complete in accordance with customer requests, Federal Acquisition Regulations and company policies.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$98,600 - $149,400 per year.
