Textron Systems, a Textron company, is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst – Pricing & Estimating to join the Finance team. The role focuses on developing compliant cost proposals, pricing analyses, and narratives to support customer requests and FAR/DFAR compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Economics background and 5+ years of experience, with strong Excel and ProPricer skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 5+ years experience.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Working knowledge of ProPricer is a highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
• Ability to work well with others across multiple disciplines.
• Understands FAR & DFARs principles.

Responsabilidades

About This Role

The Senior Pricing Analyst is a vital member of the Pricing & Estimating (P&E) team, reporting to the Director of P&E. This Sr Analyst will perform as an integral proposal team member to assist the Proposal Manager and team in the development of cost proposals and various pricing exercises. This includes developing fully-supported, compliant proposals that are current, accurate, and complete in accordance with customer requests, Federal Acquisition Regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

· Work with proposal managers, bidders, procurement, contracts, and other estimators to develop, update, and maintain cost proposals.

· Analyze labor hour estimates, material estimates, travel, and other cost and pricing data to ensure values are well supported.

· Write descriptive narratives that describe and support the numeric proposal content

· Prepare cost/price volumes compliant with customer requests; Support post submittal activities to include audit, fact-finding and negotiations

· Follow established procedures and work under general direction

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 5+ years experience

· PC proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

· Advanced Excel skills are a plus

· Working knowledge of ProPricer is a highly preferred

· Basic knowledge of General Accounting processes, procedures, and rules

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $98,600 - $149,400 per year.
