Job summary

Optum is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Whole Health Solutions team. This hybrid/remote role partners with Biometrics leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and profitability across the product portfolio.

You’ll develop financial reports, communicate results to senior leadership, support budgeting, and analyze trends in revenue and SG&A. The position offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for growth within a respected health tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ years of finance/accounting or systems experience in post graduate or internship experience.
• Experience working collaboratively and influencing others within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel skills, including financial modeling experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with little supervision, prioritize work and be a self-starter.
• Proven excellent written communication skills and the ability to verbally communicate ideas clearly & confidently.

Whole Health Solutions is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will function as a support finance business partner to the Biometrics leadership within the Optum Whole Health Solutions product portfolio. This role will support financial planning and analysis support through month end close, forecast, long-range modeling and strategic partnership to help senior leadership develop, execute, and manage the growth and profitability of the business. Whole Health Solutions is a business comprised of Optum’s Behavioral solutions and its Clinical solutions that address needs across a diverse set of conditions along the continuum of care, and this role will align with Clinical solutions.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule withfour in-office days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
