Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our FP&A team across the company. The role requires a proactive, data‑driven professional who can partner with leaders from Product, Finance, Legal and People to drive budgeting and reporting.

You will own the budgeting processes, analyze variances, and help prepare executive materials. Strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to influence decisions are essential, with a focus on efficiency and automation.

• Minimum 3 years of FP&A/corporate finance experience.
• Undergraduate degree in finance/economics/accounting/math preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a hard-working, motivated Senior Financial Analyst who will assist our FP&A team in supporting our business areas across the entire company! The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. This person will own business relationships with corporate leaders across Product, Finance, Legal and People business areas, while partnering closely with our accounting and payables teams. Flexibility will be critical due to the evolving nature of working at a fast-paced publicly traded company.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Partner with business leaders across the company by providing analytical/strategic support and reviewing/advising department budgets.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process for business areas
• Track business performance against operating plans and prepare monthly, quarterly and year-to-date variance analysis for management and business leads/areas
• Assist in the finance teams consolidations process, including the preparation of executive and board of director materials
• Collaborate with accounting and other financial partners to bridge actual results to plan
• Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected financial results
• Develop robust management reporting and define important metrics
• Facilitate the financial budget of new products throughout their lifecycle
• Help to identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities across business areas
• Develop and improve upon recurring reporting processes
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional leaders and management
• Continuously look to increase efficiency through processes automation, where applicable

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A/corporate finance required
• Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel) and proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Drive)
• Must be a proactive and highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required
• Ability to draw insights from large data sets
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
• Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly to management
• Desire to use AI to solve problems and drive efficiency; AI experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous work streams with competing timelines
• Prior experience managing cross-functional relationships is a plus
• Existing ERP knowledge, especially NetSuite and Oracle Hyperion Essbase, a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$106,300—$125,750 USD
